(Photo I took at Bodega Head)
"Somethings Missing"
Salt crisp in the air,
Its clean like her hair.
tides higher then lower,
wish it happened slower.
The sky is mural,
A masterpiece painted by the sun
Or maybe it was my one.
Turning tangerine to grey to black.
Sun still shining silhouetting something,
waves still crashing, breeze still blowing
But somethings gone and going
something I've been stripped of
gone and missing, I've lost you love.

Great descriptive phrasing and figurative language. It works well w the image of looking out into that beautiful sunset.
